A fox has been sighted skulking around our house and the piece of forest behind it. It's ok, because the jackrabbits are running amok in our garden. But naturally we can't let the cats out unattended. They have a fenced allotment in the yard, but we like to take them for walks in the "wild side."

Apparently, they caught a whiff of something here.

I think Beijing was upset with me when this photo was taken. Not only did I turn on the A/C, I took her bed and one of her blankets away. Don't worry; she got them back after they were washed and dried.
