Anyone know what this is?

Just like the subject says, anyone? I don’t think it’s lead, it’s too crystallized,,
My son and I found it when moving a concrete block that’s been outside, I knew it wasn’t a rock cause well its too perfect, I hit it a few times on the concrete block and it scratched a little but nothing, so the kid and I looked at each other and said screw it and just slammed it into the driveway, thus the one little piece chipped off, I’m sorry for the crappy pic, but it’s gritty like sandpaper, and kinda shiny, again I don’t think it’s lead cause lead would have not chipped and dented and also been smooth, being a plumber I worked with it to do the old cast iron pipes, any thoughts?

Idk, That night I quickly looked around the garage and didn’t spot one and didn’t feel like running in the house cause me and the kid were stripping a V8 engine down to the block and I don’t really get much time with him anymore so I wasn’t passing that up! I’ll take a magnet out and try it, and lately the wife and I have been going crazy getting things done, but I’ll test it..

Ok, after bringing the dog out I brought the small piece in, i figured I could get a better pic with some better light, but as you can see what ever this thing is it’s not magnetic! Cause that’s a rare earth magnet with some hefty pull and it ain’t doing anything!
And in the pic you can see what I was trying to explain about the shiny yet gritty? I have no clue?

Step 2 - use Archimedes displacement method to calculate volume
Step 3 - calculate weight per preferred unit of volume
Step 4 - compare with typical known values a metals table.
