Thanks!  With how shipping has slowed down, and what it'll cost, it does not seem worth it.

I am thinking of getting some epoxy, and a wiper blade insert, and fixing it. And maybe doing the same to the second one, before it breaks?

Looks like the key difference in the reviews here is the quality control! So if you get a good one it looks a nice little tool, the eye opening thing in that review was how much of a rip off Heinnie can be, it's £32.95 there

Yikes! If that's your aforementioned blunt scissors pair, are they not ground? Will force cutting a bunch of tin foil or maybe even some file work save them?

Those are "safety scissors". They're like that on purpose, so you don't cut yourself (or anything else, for that matter).

The can opener.




Being a quarter-circle, we go forwards. As the edge and tip are not that sharp, it will pierce but not trace very well. The edge slips a little with every cut, so after a few cuts it will veer off away from the rim's edge, throwing off the orientation.


Things get better if we go backwards. Instead of piercing and cutting, going backwards requires only piercing to get around. The initial piercing is easy so making one after another is effective. It will leave behind some sharp points, but it does not create shrapnel and gets the can opened.

Comfort is not that good. Since the tip is a little blunter than it should, it required additional leverage of my thumb pushing into the spine of the can opener. Quite uncomfortable. The rest of the tool is nicely rounded.



Durability also took a hit. After just one can, the implement was bent.


Compared to an unused can opener, the used one bent so much that its tip got hang up on the frame.

Same just happened to me, only on the pliers side instead of scissors. It took more than a week (possibly because I hardly ever used it) but I second your comment: there are better ways to waste your money.

So, the more you use it, the more parts will break off. A perishable multi-tool.

I just found out that the Nextool official store on Aliexpress sells a few spare parts for their multitools, and the Mini scissors handle is on of them! I guess it's one way of acknowledging the issue

I just received an email from youtube telling me they decided to age-restrict this video.
There are probably millions of videos on youtube of scissors being used. Am I missing something? Is it inappropriate for children because those scissors can't cut smurf?
