other than that I cant really think of anything.

How about a "Flair 2", or a "mini-tool2"?

That sounds like a valuable resource for any company... where would you find a group willing to do that, though?

PS, maybe if you tell them that we'd charge a small fee for our expertise and time, they'd take us more seriously. :D

They're much better on the Pulse compared to the ST200 - much easier to use. I quite like my Pulses.

Two that I saw that I would love to second (or third, or fourth!)

1) Will there be a premium Surge (and on that note, can they remove the rattle from the surge and make it tight like a charge lol)
2) Will they htink about selling other implements to put into the bit exchanger, like an awl for the Charge (one of the only tools missing IMO)

More micro bits for the micro bit driver, specifically TORX. Security bits for the regular bit driver, hacksaw blades for the saw adapter of the SURGE, a SURGE sized CRUNCH. A ratchet like mechanism for the bit drivers(both regular and micro), and a gator-grip style socket for the bit driver(basically a universal socket).

Another question I'd like to ask them is if they are thinking/planning on using any of the contest designs (remember that...) for a new tool/tools in the future.

Just thought of this, why does Leatherman make all of their liner lock on MT slide all the way pass blade tang and rest against washer? Seems it's must more liable to fail this way.

- If they are going to make fold away bit driver in the Skeletool?
- And a squirt size wave and a juice size wave?
- Any new models in the future (not just the same MT with other materials)?

If they bring out more stuff to fit the bit drivers, all of a sudden the ALX/Xti will make great sense.

I'd love an awl for the bit driver.

Thanks LM123, that's a cool awl mod.
If I had access to a bench grinder I'd have a go myself.
My main reason for an awl is that I often fence off paddocks for livestock with electric fence wires/ropes.
A long awl would make a good pilot hole in posts and the odd dead tree.
I was considering the Surge today on the merit of it's awl and bigger scissors.....don't like the saw though....saw blades need teeth the whole length IMO.

you can get a long t-shank wood cutting saw blade MUCH larger than that...you can also get it for metal,plastic,ceramic,etc...
