I posted this originally in the MTO thread, but as most of you aren't in there I figured you'd like to see it too. I finished this yesterday, it's a used but fully operational Flik. I drilled and tapped the handles and attached a pocket clip, and then drilled out an MP600 file to the larger pivot, and replaced the serrated blade. The file was given an edge to use as a scraper blade. It's a pretty slick setup, with tip up carry it is easy to deploy the primary blade. Shift the grip when taking it out of your pocket, and it's easy to deploy the pliers -- though I do have to remind myself, as all my other Gerbers with pocket clips have the pliers hanging down instead of up. The design of this tool meant if I wanted a somewhat deep carry I had to swap position and have the pliers up instead of down. It ended up working really well.
I still don't really love the flick. I'm a pliers-first kind of guy, so I tend to like the MP600 and Diesel a lot more, but this is still a cool tool.
