+1 on the Pack Rat.

I use a Pack Rat to store a bunch of Inova flashlights.  The Pack Rat's pockets are good at keeping the lights from smacking into each other so long as you don't turn the pack upside down.

Another vote for the Spec-Ops Pack Rat. Its my module I keep the basic essentials in.
