Ok, gotta keep this one going. How have I not posted in this one?

Pictured is my Ruby Climber along with (from L to R):
1972 DiGiorgio No. 28 classical
A cigar box guitar I made for my wife years ago
Córdoba GK Studio flamenco guitar (she’s the queen)
Martin TK1 ukulele
Taylor 114ce

But my beater cheapie baritone uke gets a special solo photo shoot. I’m sure you can see why.

Lovely mate  :tu:
With or without Sak's in the pic, guitars (or any other instruments) are always welcome...

How do you like the Martin uke? I’ve not had the chance to play a modern one yet   :-\

I freaking love it. I waited about a year to buy it and just kept going in and playing it til I finally bit the bullet. It’s very bright and clean. Not sure how it compares tone wise to the older ones though, I’ve never had the opportunity to play one. I just wish it had a pickup because I’ve really been jamming on this one and I would love to add it to what I use when we play.

That’s good to hear.  :tu:

It certainly looks nice

I’d like to pick up a modern concert version to have to compliment my older one.

Yeah, she’s very good. There’s a video of her and Jake Shimabukuro playing together which is just awesome.

Upgraded my AmStd Fender Telecaster with Seymour Duncans at last. Something I should have done back in 2014 when I bought it

Why...? What's wrong with yours....?
I didn't wire it up properly, but I have since got someone to fix that.
It was someone's Partscaster project that I took over with a Squier body, Haywire neck and not sure where the rest came from.
I just have to set up the floating bridge and find an amp....

Is your bridge floating?

Is your bridge floating?

Yup. But only slightly.
It's about 1,5mm off the body measured at the end of the bridge plate. Gives me great tuning stability with plenty of room for vibrato and about 1/2 step of up pull. Of course everything is properly lubed with a graphite mix to avoid friction in the system, and the nut slots are well cut with enough clearance. Works very well for my type of playing

Here's a quick snap of it
