The cool airguns and story by Rizio Il Ghiro inspired me to dust off some airguns today. Hopefully this qualifies.
1st off is my big air rifle Sam Yang .45 Big Bore.
Sight on top is good for 150 m at least, in reality the double air tanks do not push the .454 slugs accurately beyond 75 or there abouts.
The target is std. IPSC, distance appr. 48 m. Standing, modern stance, concentrating on time, not perfect hits. The white patch was used as aiming point.
2nd entry is Weichrauch HW45 Silver Star in .22. Powerful springer, accurate in seasoned hands but a bit tricky for those of us who are not versed in big power springers:
The target is standard competition target. Shot from 10 meters. Appr. half of the shots are shot with proper tradional pistol stance, half from modern isosceles stance.
