Day 6

Early snow  :ahhh

Used the scissors to open a pack of new batteries. Didn‘t have to cut the plastic, only the band that was holding it shut. I cut the plastic anyway just to see if it would work. It did cut it, but certainly not like Vic scissors  :dunno:

I worked with an ex Para who absolutely swore by them, lovely gentle man too. He even gifted one of his to his boy when he in turn served in Afghanistan.

Thanks Fuzzy  :hatsoff:

It says something that people who rely on their tools and carry them during their deployments still carry them when they return to a civilian life.  :tu:

Thank you, Sir  :hatsoff:

Might be tricky for the calendar because it is a vertical shot. The calendar needs horizontal images.

Day 8

Used the pliers and file to remove the child safety on a mouthwash bottle. Picture in the process.

Picture from our evening walk. Snow is all gone again.

Day 10

The mountains were calling, and we answered  :D

Used the pliers to crack some pistachios that hadn't split during roasting. Also used a screwdriver to tighten the switch plate on my camera.

A few pictures from the hike. No tool this time, and only with the phone camera  :twak:

Later I used the scissors to remove the tag off a T-shirt.:

OOOOH MY, THOSE PICTURES LEFT ME SPEECHLESS!!! You're very fortunate to be able to go to such a wonderful place; I'm jealous for it.

All kidding aside, great picture, great place, great tool, great day, great challenge ... what more could be asked for!

Day 11

Used the MP multiple times today. Here are two examples.

Was cleaning the car and used the pliers to remove covers I could not grab with my hands, so I could clean them:

Used the scissors to cut paracord. Needed some pieces to tie the spare leashes we keep in the car. The scissors of the MP are able to cut paracord as long as you keep it under tension. When I tried to trim the ends of some pieces it did not go so well anymore. So I switched to the scissors of my Super Tinker that accompanies the MP as of late.
