Here are some photos of an original traveler that I got recently.
any help on the year of manufacture would be appreciated.





Of course the scales have been polished.

Looks like early ‘80s to me. Tweezer is plastic tipped?

I’d need to see the awl on the other side. Preferably a pic of the backside with tools closed and a pic of the tools open showing the opposite side might help too. Closeups or higher resolution would also be good.

Looks more like ‘78/maybe early ‘79.


Plastic tweezers are ‘78+
Confirmed by the scissors pivot screw ‘77+
Awls from ‘80+ are way different, and it doesn’t look like what I’d expect for later ‘79-‘80.

I was wondering which SAK has fish hooks then I realised they were just the background!

A Sak with hooks would be very good.
Or with a sharpener for them like the Americas classic fishing knives.
