Tools to help with my Wave.
on: December 08, 2020, 01:38:46 AM
My wife bought me my leatherman wave about 300 years ago, and I am having a problem. It seems the screws might be loose, and I was told online, to buy Torx 10 screwdrivers (2). Amazon sent me two size 10 Torx, Arrington today. I discovered the head of the Torx 10 is too large for the screws in this Wave. Any ideas will be appreciated.

If it is a First Generation Wave then it may have 5 pointed star bits instead of the regular 6 :salute: They are called pentalobe security bits I think

Hope that you can tighten it back io instead of it just being worn out :ahhh

Welcome and  :iagree:.  If you've got the older version Wave then the pentalobe 5 star is what you need.
