I recently purchased 5 Bijous from the RocKnives line (still waiting for one to be delivered). There doesn't seem to be much about these knives online apart from a short description on SAKWiki. They seem quite rare.

I'd love to know more about them if anyone can tell me. Are they still being produced? How rare are they?

I think they were produced in two batches back in the 1980s. I really like them.

These are the Ambassadors.

Yeah that sounds about right. Judging by the tang stamp it seems quite old. They haven't put "rostfrei" on the tang for a while, right?
