Nice selection of lights.I like the looks of that headlamp.
Badge awarded.
Thanks Sos24, the headlamp is the best I’ve owned, rechargeable with loads of features and can run for something like 6 hours at full beam, red light, reading light, spot, wide beam etc.Knog are based in Melbourne (I’m in Sydney) so nice to support an Aussie company Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Congratulations on your badge
it looks really very compact and useful
Welcome to MTo I like that headlamp. I've been thinking about getting one for stargazing (because of the red light).Knog makes the best bicycle bell as well (the Oi).
Congrats on the badge, and thank you for introducing the Knog, that headlamp is really unique and seems to be a good work lamp as well.
Great pics and kits! I like that headlamp. What's that tiny knife in the Maxpedition Micro?
The Tiki is an awesome little light isn't it?
yes it is Gareth very powerful and versatile for its size. I’ve long been a fan of the tube as best brightness to weight ratio for the keychain and had just bought a couple more as well as a MecArmy X2S, which is cool but frankly not as good as the tiki, before coming across it - wish I’d saved my money
Exactly. I went from a Tube to a TIP to the TIKI. Both the older designs are very good but I can't see why I'd ever carry them again (from a practical point of view) now that I have the TIKI.
Hello everybody! I believe that a headlamp is not a very necessary thing for many activities. I knew it for sure when I broke my arm. Once when we were going on a hike with a friend, we got lost and I tried to go and look at the map at the same time to understand where we are and my headlamp turned off. I rolled down the cliff because I didn't see him in the dark. I think that having a head lamp every tourist puts himself in danger. For the next trip I prepared and for my own safety on the advice of my father I ordered led flashlight which has an incredibly good performance will never let me down in such a situation.

I bought an Oi! It came with a complete bicycle attached (Image removed from quote.)
I ended up buying a Knog Bandicoot, after seeing this thread. I’m liking it a lot. It is lightweight and comfortable.
