I really like this series. I have a complete set as well, except for some of the booklets (?).

Wow absolutely stunning Chako, the detail on the blades and scales is incredible. Particularly like the red scales, looks to be a slightly deeper shade than normal although that could just be my poor eyesight :dunno:

Thanks for sharing - impressive collection! I only have the Morgarten one given to me back in 1991. Great photos too!  :hatsoff:

I think Rütli is the normal red color. My favorites are the grey ones. That should be a regular color :dd:

You are all welcome. I took these and posted them on Reddit. Thought I should re-share them here. Only problem is that my free Flickr account is almost dried up. Guess I will soon have to pay for it.  :D

And for once, I'll say do it. I've had a Flickr account since 2014, about a year after I joined my first forum.  When Flickr started this stuff after Yahoo/Verizon sold them to Smug Mug, I switched to IMGUR, or uploading direct to the forum .However, in the past few months IMGUR was getting incredibly pushy with their "emerald" premium option; and in my opinion, IMGUR was basically just a social media website that could also be used for photo hosting. In addition, IMGUR on all my PCs got super-slow. It would take as much as ten minutes to upload a few images--when to PostImage or direct would be seconds.  I got tired of a lot of the politics being pushed so heavily on there, and finally just decided to get the PRO option with Flickr last month, even if it is six bucks a month instead of free.  Flickr is SO much better.

I still use PostImage for mobile posts, since it's really difficult to get a BB code off my phone from either Flickr or IMGUR; web or app. Both used to offer that option, however.

I had no idea the Zulus were at the battle of Laupen!

I have to agree about imgur. I started using it for this forum basically and for a few years never used it again. Going back I was cheesed off to see it had turned into something really grim and unusable.

Yes it does. And it's crap.

Little over a year ago you could upload unrestricted in every way.
Now?
Everything's restricted.

I have my own hosting... A few € per month and it comes with lots of bandwidth, a domain name and lots of other stuff. I really don't get the point of those (crappy) image hosting sites :dunno:
