Did not use the corkscrew at all while the challenge lasted. Is that strange?

No.. not really, These weren't exactly experimental conditions, to be sure.
For the challenge I didn't use the: magnifying lens, file, chisel, small SD or hook.  And I didn't really need to use the scaler as a fork,..

It's a matter of how you learn to use things too.. I never used a reamer until I met the in-line Alox reamer.  So if you've never tried to open a jar or a knot with a corkscrew, you might find it useless.

April on lockdown was very different. At that time last year I was going out a lot, to some places.

Life is a little bit strange now. Small tasks like going to the grocery store were once, yeah, just small tasks. Now you need a shopping cart to enter the store and you also cannot move around as you once could.

Even mostly at home there's enough to do with the XLT...

It just dawned on me that we didn't see much use for the magnifying lens.
Maybe it's just an off month.

That's a good observation.  I use to think I would like to use the mag glass for small prints, turns out all I do most of the time is to just take off my own glass and bring it closer to read.

Ah, you're still young Comis.  Get back to me when you have to place what you are trying to read farther away!

I know I used it a few times, but don’t always list all the uses in a challenge.  I knownI used it to read some numbers off my laptop charger and also to assist in threading a needle.  I also frequently use it to read labels on things like OTC medicines.
