All because because she can’t hit the treadmill, she’s hitting the free weights to stay off the feet and burns at least 500calories! Today will be one week..
I had to get her laughing to get at least a smile because the faces she was giving were more hardcore then then “The Rocks” when he’s pushing over 300lbs, lol she’s also been going at it for about 2hrs

Day 10

Diet and IF still going strong, weights and bike for the exercise. The bike is hard some days but the important thing is to get something done even if it's not much. I find myself looking forward to weight days now instead of dreading them

Thanks RP!

Day 11

Little harder to pace food today but a good chest and triceps session left me feeling accomplished today  :tu:

Day 12

Game day so no exercise today but I had a chippy and hoo boy was that challenging. By the time I ate I had pushed my fast to 16 hours and was ravenous, the chippy filled me up for a long time but when I crunched the calories (1500 ) I realised that I was in for a bit of a challenge... A small pack of ramen and some creme eggs later and I came out under my restriction by a hair and a progress scale check shows I'm on target still  :tu:

Day 14

Need to go shopping so the meals were pretty small today (spiced wedges, some Maggi noodles and a Mugshot pasta), which meant plenty of snacks were had  :ahhh

Didn't feel up to a HIIT today and it's rest day from weights, so some overall resistance bad work, hitting 20 reps to try and work more on endurance and then a stint on the stationary bike.  :tu:

Day 15

09/01/2021 364lbs
01/02/2021 360lbs
09/02/2021 357.4lbs
15/02/2021 355lbs

Total Weightloss: -9lbs

Another 2.4lbs this week! Feeling good to see the scale drop each week and I'm starting to see a difference from hitting the weights again (I hope I can push my floor press up a notch soon). Going well!

Day 16

Very busy day with getting some gigs done, kept below my temporary allowance (reduced the rest of the week 100 cals a day to account for take out on Monday) and feeling hungry at the moment! Looking forward to lifting agian later though. Pancakes for breakfast, not too shabby!

Nicely done Barry.

Slogging through sometimes is the only way however if something isn't working change up in small increments.  Thats what I've seen done with pretty good results.  Its hard to toss out everything and start again.  GF you are slaying it.  You found what works and I'm sure its a great feeling.

Thanks Aloha, it does feel good!

Day 17

Shoulders today with a little bike, I'm pushing my weights up a little (by 1kg) and hopefully can push my overall progress higher. Maggi noodles are so helpful, a full bowl of noodles for 271 cal!

I've been doing a complete upper body workout on an every other day routine.  I hit my abs the days after, and try to walk or run every day I can with a pace counter app I downloaded.  So far so good.

Day 18

200 calories under limit today and well, my fast window was 19 hours... Yeah not a fan of that long, I'll stick to 14, I was ready to take a chunk out of the kitchen table by the end of it

I think basically nothing, it's mostly fibre?  :dunno:

Little late!

Day 19

Ended up 200 calories under, my check in weigh in to keep me on track showed me as a bit heavier, which is confusing given all I'm doing  :dunno:

Going to maintain course and hopefully continue to see the results on Monday

Day 20

Today was chest and triceps with a little bike. I pushed the triceps with another set and the press with another rep or two, floor pressing makes me feel a bit like I'm not getting the most out of the exercise but a bench isn't a realistic proposition right now  :dunno:

Don't worry too much about weight being inconsistent. It happens. Sometimes I had a weight difference of two kilos in 24 hours. It's just water retention and the weight of food and stuff. You're doing great, mate. Keep it up.

Day 21

No workout today since game day, but kept within my fast and restrictions, a visiting sister helped with the calorie burden of my pizza dinner

Bit of an upset stomach later in the day, unpleasant but since starting fasting that stuff hasn't been regular. Hopefully this cleans any backlog and shows on the scales
