Unashamedly going for the axe badge with my Trailblazer mini hatchet. Would it have been easier to do the jobs with the bahco Laplander, probably :think: but where’s the fun (or badge) in that.

It is great for knocking dead branches off trees in the yard but doesn’t make the easiest photo, so here’s it having a go at some small live stuff.

Hatchets are mini axes after all…well that’s my excuse :) :pok:

Very neat little axe/hatchet.  I don't have a full size axe as I don't really need one so a few little hatchets do the work for me too.  Congrats on the badge.

I also don’t need anything full size Aloha and mostly just use it for knocking dead branches off the trunk which just fall off so has retained its youthful looks even though I’ve had it some time.

For a bit of fun I’ve taken to giving my SAK saws more of a go recently rather than the Bahco, even the diminutive 84mm walker does a good job on the small stuff but has led me to order a Ranger Wood 55 for that 130mm goodness :)
