Well I have seen lots of ideas for a "new SAK" How about another one?
Since Vic now owns Wen, and they have added the wrench to the XAVT -- try this one ---
ON a Swiss champ move the file over one layer and add the wrench on the same side as they did on the XAVT AND add the LED light to the other side. Like this -- sort of ---
This would give you a good light on the main blade and provide you with a source to see what exactly you are cutting along with an onboard flashlight.. Just an idea.
Also see the yellow SAK in front. I personally like the older gray magnifier. It is sturdier and works better than the new one. ALSO go back to the slightly longer top side Phillips. This 1/4 of an inch makes a lot of difference if you ask me.
Your thoughts?
I have another thought on this, my "Super Deluxe Swiss champ" made up of tools from both Wenger and Vic in one unit. It will be about as big as the XLT and would be a total complete tool box.
