Well, this is an early version. The exposed rivet proves that it is a product 57 years ago?

I thought I've seen something before but I can't locate a source that indicates when Vic did away with exposed rivets.

The exposed rivets, Cellidor 72, seem to exist only for a short period of time, and the production volume is very small. Is it a product of the 1950s?

Yes you don't see them often. I sold a 75 recently (with scissors and LNF). Also not very common.
