It has all the same tools (plus a metric ruler) as the Spark.
I guess I'll have to get both and do a comparison. It would make more sense to compare the Flash to the Spark instead of the LM Signal. I even have the NexTool with the ferro rod.
I was not a fan of the Spark, but I guess it would make sense to get it, especially if they end up discontinuing it, which would be my guess.

Diezelle's video
He did not realize the ferro rod unscrews, so he broke the whistle.

It just unscrews.

What is indiegogo?

The Flash does not accept the removable blades that the Phantom and Phantasy do. What a pity. I would gladly have the Flash be a little thicker, if it could have the exchangeable blades.

The ferro rod and whistle combo look nice. I hope they sell replacements. It would be a nice addition to a little pack or first aid kit, altoids tin etc. The ferro rod looks smaller than the Spark's one.

No chisel on it, like the Phantom, but a double opener.

It does not have the monster scissors. It could have them be removable, like the sak-a-like I bought.

Indiegogo is a crowd funding platform like kickstarter, I backed my Peak Designs Everyday Backpack on there back in 2016  :tu:

I’d asked to be emailed when it was available and ended up as backer #1 on Indiegogo, think there must have been a problem with the page because it stayed that way for days which seemed pretty odd for such a cool looking tool for 50 bucks  :dunno:

Have you ever tried to mod one of these, RP? Any idea if other companies tool implements would fit or could be made fit?

I modded the Roxon Storm, by swapping positions of the can opener and cord cutter.

Certainly cross-brand modding is possible. Something will fit.

With all the multitools he buys, why does he use a pair of regular pliers and a box cutter to break the whistle?

I also don't think this guy speaks english amiright? Hence he wasn't able to read the instructions.

With all these no-brand and chinese brand multitools coming out with replaceable wirecutters, where are we supposed to get replacement cutters for them? Especially since the tools themselves cost about as much as a set of leatherman replacements.
