The James Brand “Halifax” OPMT

A fancy OPMT. Titanium. Beautifully finished and packaged. The screwdriver tip is reminiscent of the Victorinox combo tool, but not nearly as functional due to the Halifax’s thickness. Note the SS “cap grabber” on the bottle opener -it works very well.

Looks fancy, does the opening do anything?  Most probably would have put a hex opener hole there.

Participate  in Challenge thread and post a photo of a Explorer SAK for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a photo of any gear for thirty (30) consecutive days during the MTo anniversary month. Start a new thread and post a photo of the leatherman (supertool, core, hacks) for thirty (30) consecutive days. Participate in the Challenge thread and post a photo of a Flashlight for thirty (30) consecutive days.

Maybe you can use it in oxygen bottles? I seem to recall some OPTs having such a shape used for that.

Probably too large for that. And too large for winged nuts.

I actually like it for that... not just trying to cramp in as many functions as possible but rather going for a nice clean look. More and more I rather have fewer functions done well than more, just to put a higher number in your advertisement blurp.
James Brand is designer stuff (I like my Carter) they are expensive (you would not be unjust to call it overpriced) but have a very polished design. The Carter has way more parts than would be necessary for its basic function, but the result is a smooth and clean look
It wouldn't be the internet without people complaining.
