I have used it for sunscreen and some other stuff.. What do you call it, the pills you dissolve in water to get salt and stuff back in balance after a hot sunny day or.. Long night with lot of beer. [It's not failure if you learn something from it]
I made some vaseline cotton balls in straws a long while ago. Still have one or two in various kits. I like the technique.
I do it for scissors.(Image removed from quote.)
Using them for a sheath is a neat idea I want to use them to portion out antiseptic cream, I always see those neat single use sachets in US EDCs but I've never encountered them here to buy Used up the last of my straw for the moment on more fire prep, I have one of those magnesium bars with the ferro rod glued to it, but shaving that when needed is both a pain and edge destroying. So I took the Rebar's file to the side of it and just scooped up the dust. Cut the corner for a controlled pour and save carrying a big block of magnesium to hate yourself with.Since threads are nothing without pics:(Image removed from quote.)(Image removed from quote.)
Single use antiseptic creams are a great idea.
Nice. I would just sugest you ID those with a magic marker, so you know what's inside them.
