I'm a bit surprised that some folks are using discontinued SAKs like the Master Craftsman and Scientist. If I had either in my collection, they would not be users.

Just about impossible to pick a top 3. Perhaps a top 20?  :cheers:

1. Farmer X -- perfect for outdoors and a very good EDC. Right size and weight in hand, super tough, can get it messy and wash it out, thicker tools, and that inline awl.  :drool:

2. CyberTool 34 (M) -- my most used daily carry for school and work (electrical engineering). Love having those pliers and the bit driver, as well as scissors and the pen.  :tu:

3. Manager -- Great little tool set that's super easy to carry.


Runner up:  Classic SD Alox -- Effectively zero carrying cost but allows you to fix nails, threads, open packages, turn the odd screw, etc. AND it frees you to carry a primary SAK that doesn't have scissors, like the Tinker Small.  :cheers: Also I love the Executive and Tinker Small a lot these days. Okay I'm done.  :whistle:

Several posts back, SirVicalot  asked for a pic of my Luristan bronze dagger. Sorry it took so long, but I don't have a digicam. Got wife to show me how to use her cellphone (which I don't have either). I hope this works, if it does yippy; if not forgive a bad upload. Total dagger length is ca.13inches. Obviously not a SAK, so if mods want to remove, do it.
