Probably yes, but it would take up at least two layers and you would have to fill in the pivot hole to compensate for the difference in pin size and then drill it to 58mm pins. And then I,'m not sure how useful it would be with those thin pins holding it in place. They would bend easily to any significant pull force.
+1The hook works as a back tool, because you can use your whole hand to grab the SAK and have the hook in the middle, distributing the weight load. With it in one end of the SAK, the hook use won't be so easy/useful.
What do you want to do with the hook on the 58mm? Proportionally, it would look more like a hook with a 58mm than a 58mm with a hook.
