Cool one Matt! I bought it off the net somewhere. If I remember correctly. But I dont remember where. A member of the KHP use to come out and shoot with us a number of years ago. I have had a few interactions with the Hiway Patrol over the years. It usually cost me some money to pay the ticket. A few times I was given a warning and I might add their advise was dully noted and acted upon.    :D      I have utmost respect for the Kansas Hiway Patrol.

Don't you have slow worms there? lizards with no legs, maybe ST Patrick shooed them off too thinking they were snakes  :think: , when i was a kid we used to find them around here but i haven't seen any for many years now, can't really blame loss of habitat as it's pretty much the same so it's odd that there are none left, shame as i'd love to see one again, if i mind right they drop their tails too so they become that bit shorter if you pick them up the wrong way.

There you go, I didn't know that. The slow worm was supposedly introduced to Ireland from the UK in the 70s. There seem to be some rare place where it can be found. I've never seen one here  :hatsoff:
