Hello,
While browsing on Instagram i saw this on Leatherman feed or what's called

Thought to share it, who knows what can happen if we have an insider. I mean, what better testing and feedback than our squad.

Who knows, maybe it's easier to control, measure and receive feedback about the specific and non specific tests.
Would be nice to have it internationally at this moment, yet they said in the reply that it is taken into account for the future.
 Regarding boycott, should be used as a last measure and for something truly righteous. I believe you said it ironically to the current non sense movements.
Ps: i wonder if the testing was for the Bond and Curl or something more futuristic

I would assume it is as simple as shipping logistics... Shipping from and too Transylvania is way more expensive than domestic shipping.

Fun fact... in the US, it used to be cheaper to send your children by mail to their grand-parents than by bus. Sadly this practice has become illegal :P
