Benchmade Crooked River authenticity

Hi guys
I’m totally new to Benchmade.
A local guy here in Ukraine sells a used Crooked River for around 160$. I need your advise on the knife’s authenticity since there are so many indistinguishable copies of it circulating around

I'm hesitant to offer an opinion, especially without being able to handle the knife, as there are some very convincing fake Benchmade knives out there.
I am, however, happy to post some pics of my Benchmade Crooked River for comparison. It was purchased brand new from a reputable dealer, and I have no reason to doubt its authenticity.

Oh, many thanks, this helps a lot as well - at least I see that the orange spacer seems to look the same

Decided not to buy it because of many reports of either the scales crack or the locking mechanism spring breaks. If I’m into buying a premium knife - I want it to last at least a lifetime and preferably could be passed to the next generation
I guess I’ll just get a custom Buck 110 in S30V with a drop point blade - way cheaper and will surely last.
Anyway many thanks for your help and suggestions

I had heard several reports of the stabilized wood scales cracking, which was one of the reasons I opted for the G10 scales. I hadn't heard of any issues with the locking mechanism spring breaking; if it does, I'll send it to Benchmade for warranty work.
You won't go wrong with the Buck 110 in S30V though. I have a Buck 110 Pro and a 110 Slim Pro, and Buck's S30V is good stuff!
