Well had to see this too, i was cutting ziptie and had to bit twist and cut and this happened. I usually use micras scissors or Spirit scissors to cut zipties. My first and last time cutting with T4 scissors zipties.

Oh man  :facepalm: that sucks,  Antti  :ahhh Sorry to see this :oops: I usually use needlenose pliers to grab and twist zip ties, never have used scissors :think: guess that may be why :dunno:

This was first time i needed to twist and cut same time, usually i can cut zipties without twisting.
Next time i will use other tool to cut zipties even if i need to resharpen my blade

Sorry to see that.  I really am.  I cut a lot of zip ties and that is one of the few tasks that I concluded long ago was just better performed with a purpose built tool (diagonal snips) rather than risk damaging my multitools. :cry:

First time with T4, usually it goes sideways easily but now it was so bad place i needed to twist little and snap it broke down

For zipties I use that guy in top right corner, if I have it handy...

Funny, I had to think hard to what it is I actually tend to do... if I don't have snips that is. I think most of the time it's just automatic, sometimes I use a knife and ping it up, other times if the materials being held are fairly robust, I pinch and roll it over with a pair of pliers 'til it pops - like a crocodile.  :tu:
