Not sure what the context is here (?), but it sizes down to 70-100mm length for adjustable spanners and about 125mm for waterpump style pliers should be fairly easy to find.

I guess i was more of talking to myself
The idea yes, was to check if a mini plier is mini enough to substitute a second plier based multitool in my set...

My small tools aren’t anywhere near as small as Rays tools. I do have a small tool set I carry underneath my trucks seat.
