Chocolate Fudge and Mystic Morning - Starting my Classic Colors Collection

I picked two of the transparent colors with matching leather pouches, a Mystic Morning and Wet Sand (to match the Chocolate Fudge SAK).

The SAKs are a little different in color to how they're shown on the web / PDFs, especially the Mystic Morning. Great new packaging and top-notch quality, as expected from Victorinox.

I'm told that while these are not limited edition, the long-term availability of all the new colors will depend on sales. No news about extending the new colors to other ranges.

Is that pouch with the paracord lanyard supposed to be worn around the neck? If so does it hang at an angle due to the attachment point positioned at the side?  :think:

It's certainly plenty long enough for wearing around the neck, so maybe that's the idea. Yes, it hangs at about 45 deg, but the SAK is tight in the sheath so won't fall out, and the asymmetry does not seem to be a problem.

You won't see it under a shirt  :D

Tried it out - very light, don't even feel it around your neck. And the length is fine, easy to extract the little SAK when needed. Will be a good ultra-light carry option when in shorts, on the beach, etc.

I love the new colors and have a Alox classic. Just with the nail file was a different tool.
