Skeletool Rivet Replacements

Hi all,

I've got some plans to mod the attachments on a Leatherman Skeletool. To do so, I need to remove all of the rivets. Anyone have an idea as to what size they are to replace? It looks like there's 3 total, with two in one size and one in another.

Alternatively - has anyone does this before and replaced with screws?

No idea but I want to replace at least one of my rivets so
