Thanks to you, I now have a green baker’s knife - never knew they existed, and now I’ve been lucky enough to find one!
I like that. Very classy.
Most of my knives reside in old machinists tool chests, but I do display some knives in my office in these frames/cases. Treating them as “art” justifies purchases. (Image removed from quote.)
