Quick update for 2024 progress.  All I mainly got done was roofing.  Shingling a 12:!2 pitch roof just about killed my knees!  Got it done though and I look forward to doing on the ground work next season.

Oh and I got a bit of a start on the front porch.  Just the outer frame.  My portable power was a power station strapped to my trike so I could run my corded rock drill.

I also cut about 400ft of trail to get almost to the edge of the lake.  Eventually a dock and I'll be fishing in a canoe.  :D
