I dont have any experience with aftermarket scales and screws but I imagine its very similar to a brass pinned build. I assume you have 6 screws and 3 pivot barrels?

Set the 3 pivots on one scale and lay it flat on a work surface, then add the tools and back spring layer by layer ie blade layer then openers followed by the other titanium scale.

Im sure someone will be along with first hand experience.

Good luck!

I was trying as you explain but when I'm trying to install the second scale it's impossible to put the 3 pivot in their holes (scale), only 2 pivots.

You should compress the springs in a vice. The jaws should be covered in soft material so as to not damage the scales. Assemble your knife and attach the second scale to the two end pivots (tighten the screws lightly). Open the tools so that one jaw of the vice presses the scales while the other presses the backspring. At some point the third pivot will line up with the hole in the scale and you can add the last screw.

I understand you, ComboTool, very helpful!, thank you very much.

Then I must to install all the layers with the central pivot installed and the springs with tension and after put the knife on the vice?

Yes, exactly. And one last piece of advice: at the point where everything lines up, the tension on the center pivot is released and it may fall. Putting some tape on the first scale will keep it in place for the duration of the procedure.
