The replacement screws which come with the optional scales are black flat-top screws which replace the stock round-top stainless satin screws.  The screws come with Locktite pre-applied to the threads.

This MT is looking real good!

An odd thing I noticed in the video is the titanium-scaled Goat MT shown at the end (the narrator's personal EDC) has both locking levers on one side of the tool (non-blued side) while most other GOAT MTs shown elsewhere have one locking lever on either side.

This seems to imply the locking levers can be located wherever the user prefers. 

Also, if the user wants to attach the pocket clip on top of the optional scales, a standard round-top satin screw is used for that one hole, not a black flat-top screw - most likely because the pocket clip screw hole is not countersunk.

Your attention to detail never fails to amaze me! I do have both Hot Swap levers on one side, testing it out. Easily configurable any which way. Tools just have to be space 1mm from the frame to properly lock open, the lever accomplishes that spacing, as well as a 1mm washer next to the saw on the launch configuration.

The pocket clip is not countersunk, you are correct! We provide 8 new flat top screws with scales in case users don't want to use the pocket clip. With the clip, that round top works great.

Mine hasn't arrived so far - I expect a bit of delay, given mail strike announcements in Germany, and probably customs processing will require me to drive out to pay before I can get it.

@GOAT Tools, just thinking: one handy add-on could be a set of loose handles, one for one or a few long implements (one-ended) and one for short implements (double ended). Also useful for storing implements you don't need on the main tool all the time. What do you think?

I dp think switching to philips screws is superior since then you can simply pull out the full bit driver to adjust tension..that's what I've been using the last few days.. also going to get some 1mm thick 5mm Bronze washers.
