Reddit live feeds...now I think I have seen it all!

I noticed just recently that Reddit has a live feed section. Now I am a curious sort, and for the most part, most of the live feeds I have seen for an albeit brief time, are of musicians playing, singers singing, and gamers playing their games. However, how normal that all sounds, there is a an utterly weirdness to some of these other live feeds. I have witnessed in no particular order.

1. An Italian Buddhist Monk who lives a life of poverty in traditional robes and bald head no less, but who walk around with a GoPro on a selfie stick talking about his religion and his beliefs. This guy has an existential argument with folks who type up ridiculous questions just to try and stump him in his beliefs. Utterly weird, or does he like the abuse. Not sure on that one.

2. Various crazy dog and cat people who will think nothing of pointing a camera at their sleeping pets and quietly tape them for hours on end to broadcast them to people who enjoy voyeuristically watching said pets play dead for the better part of the day/night. I have to ask why?

3. Various not so sane folks who are off the shelf nuts talk about all sorts of things. These include the various train wrecks in progress for all to see. Sometimes, this involves alcohol or other herbs. Not cool, just saying.

4. Possibly the weirdest one I stumbled upon. a guy dressed in a giant green Gecko costume talking about other people's problems as he interacts with their live questions. This guy fancies himself a shrink of sorts, and he possibly could be. I am thinking however that only in North America can you have a guy in green face paint, dressed up as a giant lizard, talking about serious things online. What makes this an experience, the background is usually moving to and fro like the guy is siting down but is riding a giant horse or something. This one is verging on performing arts.

The internet is a magnet for weirdos.  Legend has it that there is an entire forum of people who collect and debate the effectiveness of bizarre plier and corkscrew combination units.   :ahhh

As for weird stuff, I see enough on FB to keep me satisfied.  There is currently a young lady, who looks to be all of 17, covered in tattoos and piercings, has four kids, and is offering her services as psychic.  I'm no psychic myself, but I don't think I need to be clairvoyant to see that I probably don't want life advice from her.

I also watched a video earlier of a guy who stuck a rocket in the back of his pants, attempting to make for a funny launch pad video.  Things went horribly wrong, as they tend to in internet videos, and now I am guessing he isn't too concerned about a potential toilet paper shortage.

Yup, when it comes to the internet, the plier and corkscrew people are, relatively speaking, quite well adjusted.

To be honest, I'd probably watch a sleeping dog or cat too.  Contented, sleeping animals is IMHO very therapeutic.  Nothing puts a smile on my face faster than listening to one of my dogs or cat snoring away happily.

It is a live feed - you need to watch it constantly to catch any action. I think Reinier proved that if you wait long enough things happen.
I suggest you record it and watch it in slow motion, just to be sure.
