You say you don't have an Explorer? This GAW is for you then.......

Today is my Anniversary on MTO.  I joined in 2013 so I am celebrating by giving away an Explore Plus and sheath
( shown ).  This was my daily carry so its used but not abused.  I have a couple so I figured there was someone who hasn't experienced the Explorer and I'd rectify that.  Plenty of life in this SAK so enter and use it and abuse it.  Yep you don't have a buy a new one and be afraid to put it to work.  This one has served me well and I know it will serve you well.  I chose to give it away because its one of my most favorite models and as said I have a couple more.  I hope you win and it becomes a favorite of yours.     

RULES.

1.  You must not currently own an Explorer.
2.  200 posts to enter.
3.  You are over 18.
4.  You plan to use this SAK as its certainly not a collector piece. 
5.  I will ship anywhere in the world allowed by your laws, at my expense of course.  6.  I reserve the right to add or subtract rules as I see fit  :D.
7. I'll pick winner by random number generator. 

Add your name if interested and lets try to keep a nice tidy list.  Deadline for entry is April 21st 8am Pacific Standard Time ( California time, my time ).  Time begins NOW.

Be nice to know why you haven't picked up this model.  This is not mandatory however it'd be interesting.

It might take some exploring to find people with more than 1000 posts who don't have an explorer....maybe announce it in the Gerber and Leatherman and SOG boards?

I did not have an Explorer for ages  ...... But now I have three ......... including two very special ones !!!      :D

And just like you  ....... It is now my regular EDC  ......
A great toolset  ....... But also failing eyesight has something to do with this    :o   :cry:      Note I used to think the mag glass was a stupid tool for a SAK

Also like you I joined MTo in 2013  ~ September ~  ....... Seems like yesterday     :o

PS. Also do you all remember that the Explorer was Carl Elsener (previous boss of Victorinox) favourite SAK and EDC  I think the current boss carrries the Traveller!

1000 posts might be a bit much I lowered it a bit. 

I did recall Mr Carl Elsener's favorite was the Explorer and more so that I missed buying the Damascus one  :cry:. 

Its such a great SAK.

Be my guest to spread the word.  I hid another GAW to target specific folks.  While I love GAWs I love more when the items won are items going to be used.  Sometimes I feel its winning more so that wining to use that happens  :dunno:.

Edit: This will be interesting: 200 posts on this forum but must not own an Explorer. My guess is that not too many Swiss Army Knights will meet both criteria...

Seems like i qualify for this GAW, tho i have never owned Explorer, i have passenger and SwissChamp, tho i would think this would be great SAK to carry.

Its kimda funny that i have many other SAK but never owned Explorer nor have it. I received yesterday my 4th SwissChamp, i have kinda allways overlooked on Explorer
