At time of posting these are going for $17.87. Good price for one of these.

I've missed out on these before.  Not this time.  I ordered two 'cause they're small.  Thanks for the heads up.

I've used the heck out of mine, even cut chicken wire with it without much noticeable damage.  The scissors on these are TOUGH! And easier carried than my Evogrip Gardener from Vic/Wenger. Seriously, I like this tool better. More stuff on it, scissors that are easier deployed and stronger, and about a quarter of the price; and that was clearance priced. This is about $4 less than I paid for a new one, and that's less than I paid for my Fiskars Excalibur (same thing, basically). My grandmother loves having heavy duty, but compact shears (she recently stole my Kuhn Rikon scissors, but I don't mind--I mostly use X-Shears, Kai sewing scissors, or an ancient pair of Wiss). So, I bought another for her to use.

I will say this--the pliers aren't that good. I have Vic pliers in my parts box. Can I swap them?

Cody, I have had that thought about the pliers a million times. Apparently some people have had better experiences, but mine are so fragile I'm afraid to use them for the lightest tasks. The Vic SAK pliers in that spot would make this a smurfing great tool!

These are now just over $12.00 on Amazon. Just ordered a second one. I do not think it is a real great tool other than the shears, but it is worth $12.00!!   :woohoo:

I just recieved mine in the mail today.  Not the greatest tool ever but Id say a super deal for $12.  Its a unique tool and a cheap way to scratch that itch for a new MT!
