which knives do you use for cooking? I have a lot of knives because I am a chef. But I like Japanese knives the most. There are many reasons for this choice. The important thing is that they keep me satisfied. I have been using this knife for the last ten years.  You can also read  :spamkiller:  about these knives.

Hi James

You will find that you get many more and more decent responses if you have a meaningful title to your thread.
Full questions, or action orientated titles are always good.

For instance this thread could be titled: Which knives do you use for cooking?

Just knives could mean anything!! Would you like me to change it for you?
Or you could change it I think you are in the time limit right now!  :tu:

Hi there! By blogs, you mean your blog? I prefer MTo, it's got way more info on everything.

As per what knives I use, whichever one is handy. I only cook at home, so there's no pressure for a particular dedicated knive.
