Vic Pouch Question
on: May 31, 2021, 08:02:37 AM
Many years back (maybe 10?) I bought this pouch for my Vic Forester and it has sat in a drawer as storage for the Forester ever since.  I've been having a clear out of SAKs recently and became curious about it. Can anyone tell what years this pouch was made?  It has a popper rather than the Velcro that is used now and when I bought it the chap in the store said it had been hanging around for a while, so I could have it cheap.

It is marked as a 4.0537

Certainly looks unlike their modern offerings and the diamond popper especially so. I'm sure someone will be along shortly to shed light.

Hi Fast Bill, yes it is an oddity isn't it? I rather like it and, because of that, never used it, and here we are ten years later. The joys of SAKs  :D
