I don't know if this knife is smurf or not, but at $9, I decided it would be worth a try. Currently on Amazon for $20, with a 60% off coupon, it is $8.42 with VA tax and everything inclusive. I purchased orange and "green" versions. 3 1/2 7Cr17 blade, hard sheath, and a firesteel.

Could go either way... the cheapest Hultafors is less than $10 here in Switzerland, pretty good knife, so you can get decent knives at this price as long as you are not picky about the looks
It wouldn't be the internet without people complaining.
