Warranty on a juice?

Warranty on a juice?

I managed to damage the corkscrew on my juice xe6, just pulling a cork out. The pivot semms to been bent or dented, and the corkscrew kind of flops around freely now. Not complaining really it was a stubborn cork and its a light use tool.
With the pointy corkscrew flopping around poking stuff I'm now reluctant to carry it.
I know its discontinued but was wondering if anyone here had recent experience on warranty claims on the juice line. I would rather cut of the corkscrew than be offered a lesser replacement.

A lot will depend on the country you are in. It will be easier within the US.

They should still have spare parts to replace it, if you request that they do not exchange the juice with another tool.

I have the same problem with my C2. The cork screw became loose and wobbly. I have tried but there is no easy fix. I think the tool needs to be taken apart.

Sorry to hear that the corkscrews aren't holding up for you guys :facepalm: I really wished they hadn't discontinued the Juice series as it had lots of potential  :-\ The one handle versions could have been so much more as well :facepalm:

If either of you are UK based i have a spare corkscrew,
I got the juice thats basically a bottle opener and a pair of s scissors.
I'm gonna use the scissors for a mod but I've no need for the rest. Any use?

Thank you but there is nothing wrong with the cork screw it self. It is the frame that are bent.
