Has anyone seen an alox bantam with a different can opener tool like the type on a pioneer or cadet?
I have a pioneer as an edc but would like an a lox bantam with the better can opener instead of the opener which comes with it.
I’m wanting something for my camping cooking gear and only need a knife and a can opener

I think you'll be needing to go custom for that option sadly chap.

I actually find the bantam combo tool can opener easier to use than the dedicated one, have you had trouble using it? :dunno:

+1

Like everything else, you just have to get used to it.

There are vintage options that might work for you but a bit rare and hard to find. More options in cellidor, or  alox with the caplifter or combo tool.

Might be easiest to do a mod with modern parts. But there might be some compromises with the thickness of the can opener or would need some creative spacing or maybe thinning the can opener as much as possible as was done on some of the vintage types.
