Leatherman Kick Clip - Black

Does anyone have one of the Leatherman Kick clips in black? Used is totally fine, I don't care about scratches. Anyone have one of these or know where to get one? Also, what would a fair price be? This one is on eBay but I'm not sure if it is overpriced.
