Howdy folks, Figured I'd add some more of my own measurements to this thread for anyone looking to mod

All Measurements are the thickness of the tool and are in millimeters measured by the pivot. These measurements are taken by a Vernier caliper so they may not be totally accurate but they are close.

Leatherman Kick/Fuse/Blast Tools:

Kick Head: 7.2
Knife: 1.8
Small flat driver: 2.6
Lanyard hole: .85
Blast file: 1.8

Note on at least the Kick washers, they are #8 washers if you need to buy some extras.

PST Tools

Head: 7.15
Can opener: 2.35
Philips At pivot: 2.45
Philips at widest point: 4.75
Small Driver: 2.35
File: 1.9
Knife: 2.4
Awl: 2.4
Medium Driver: 2.4
Large Driver: 2.4

Hope this helped someone!

Way to many to list!! Gerber in lm, lm in gerber, sak in all the above plus some. The interchangeability is solely dependent on how hard you try :tu: and I have tired so many.
If I remember correctly, wait, what was I saying?

Long shot, but has anybody compared the Xiaomi Nextool to any of the leatherman tools out there? They post a picture of the tool cuts, and it looks like they might be near the wave or surge, just can't tell how close.

Could someone please tell me the thickness (at the pivot) of the ST300's saw? I'm going to guess it's around 2.4mm...

Thanks Sam.
Since asking I realised that what I had in mind will not work, but the measurement might be useful for someone.

I bought a few used tools recently and the bolts were stripped out. I drilled them out so I could access the tools for other builds. Does anyone have a source for replacement hardware? I would like to ultimately put these tools back together, I went to my local Ace Hardware this weekend and nothing was a direct fit. My Gerber tools appear to have a 3/16" inside diameter but they did not have anything that would work. Any help would be appreciated!

Hello all!

Does anybody know if the hook can be easily exchanged with the bottle opener/mini Phillips from a MiniChamp?

Thanks!
