For longer than I can remember (like going back to the early 2000s?), I've carried a Photon Micro-Light as part of my EDC. These days it's attached to my Alox Classic SD in my pocket EDC kit.

The Micro-Light doesn't have a lot of range, but it's great when you've dropped your car keys in the dark, are trying to find something under a desk, or are moving around a dark room. It runs on replaceable batteries and it's tiny!

The model I have has a pressure On/Off pad, plus a slider to lock the light on.

I glued a couple of small neodymium magnets to the bottom of another one so I can stick it on anything metal. They're strong enough to hold the Micro-Light with a Mini Champ attached.

:like: carried photons for years too, have moved to nitecore tubes for small carry these days but keep a photon by the bed
