Billed as a combination skinning knife, hunting knife, hatchet, and hammer this tool was patented in 1962.  Manufacturing was originally by Charter Arms and later in Seki City in Japan.

My mind went to Ulu.  Neat tool thats for sure.  Actually looks handy for a variety of cutting tasks.

My grandmother bought my father one when he joined the service, I asked about it once but that’s about all I remember about it, besides you can take it and cut any stick to make a handle and thread it on and you got your tool, which I thought was cool,,

Got one of those around here somewhere. Had it for many years. use to keep it in my pack for a emergency tool. Dont think I ever used it much.
