Working on a small electrical repair project.

Used the fish scaler (handy, all-purpose pusher and prodder) to push the wire from the solar cell through the hole in the side of the plastic sleeve, then a 90 degree turn to go out the end of the sleeve. The exit hole is smaller than the hole the fish scaler is in and it narrows right at the solar charger. So no way the wire was making that turn by itself. Enter the fish scaler to push it through!

I never thought of such a use for the fish scaler. An excellent and extremely badge-worthy idea!

I think the scaler is the one tool that can be used way beyond what it was designed for.   :D
