I know, it looks rather diminutive, but it would help in getting the screw in (or out) quicker. Then you could initially just loosen or tighten it without using the ratchet mechanism. But I do see what you mean.

Hmmm... Given that (a) LM bits are actually dual-headed stripped-down 1/4 bits and (b) the Vic ratchet accepts 1/4 bits, you could probably use that with your tool... OTOH, if you did have the Vic ratchet, why not using it by itself?

I was thinking more along the lines of having one which attached to a wave/charge type thing, also as an extender which I find useful.
