Decided I wanted ribs for Fathers Day.

I built this drum smoker in 2013. The bottom is rusting out now. I reckon this will be its last smoke.

Nah,,my wife requested a slab of smoked salmon. My daughter and I threw down on the ribs. The rib tips are for breakfast biscuits this week.

I got to have like 8 racks of ribs just frozen in freezer, when we’ll ever cook them idk, the last time we cooked ribs from scratch we did it in the crockpot with sweet baby rays, cooked them for about 6hrs and they pretty much just fell off the bone trying to get them out of the crockpot! I have both a Weber charcoal and standard gas, just no smoker, I really don’t have the patients for it..
